JTS Law is pleased to announce that founding attorney Jon T. Shirron has been selected to the 2025 Mid-South Rising Stars list in the area of Business/Corporate law. This marks Jon’s fourth consecutive year receiving this distinction. Only 2.5% of attorneys in each state are chosen for Rising Stars through a comprehensive selection process that includes nominations, independent research, and peer evaluation.
Jon’s recognition in Business/Corporate law reflects the core of his practice at JTS Law. He advises clients on business formation, governance, ownership transitions, operational matters, and transactional issues. In addition to his business law practice, Jon assists individuals and families with estate planning, probate and trust administration, and tax matters.
